Only leave yourself with one thing to do and you'll get a full game with three modes of play (pitch-by-pitch, long-term and fun mini-tournaments). So either fill in the pages with club info and/or use the handy facilities to decide who your assistant manager will be or what the team selection will be. Then use the manager for each game to select your tactics. Obviously, it will be good if you can go through it in a few minutes without rushing to play each match, but by all means take your time.
There are the usual faults that LMA2007 has - you can't add managers as members, so you have to appoint a leader, who won't be able to change the formation of the team you are managing. And that's the end of that. But there's one other thing that LMA2007 has very well delivered on - it's almost impossible to mess up. Yes, it is a little niggly at times. But the fact that everything you do can be rolled back if you don't like the outcome (at least in terms of performance) makes this an excellent choice for a GM. You really couldn't ask for more than that.
